Apartment Marketing Managers Should Offer Allergy-Friendly Units
Purifans do a great job in any apartment and can really help reduce undesirable odors and allergens. People will sleep better and be healthier in filtered air. A single Purifan installed on the bedroom ceiling fan and left running 24 hours a day will filter all the air in the apartment and produce a much cleaner, healthier air quality with reduced odors.
Apartment Marketing Managers can use Purifans as a unique amenity to attract prospects to their apartment complex to tour their models or available units. If a prospect tours the open units and they smell great with no undesirable odors from cooking, pets, carpets or smoke, then they are more likely to rent the apartment. The Allergy-Friendly feature can be a $30 to $50 per month up-grade. If the renter doesn't want the Purifan, the facility manager can convert the Purifan back into a standard ceiling fan and move the Purifan to another open unit with any residual odor problems.
Allergy-Friendly Signs can be placed street-side or on hanging marketing banners to attract prospect driving by the complex. The Apartment Manager can expect some existing renters to inquire about converting their apartment to an Allergy-Friendly unit. This could be because they have allergy or breathing problems, or feel their unit has a residual odor problems from prior smokers, carpet odors, mildew, pets, cooking or other common sources of odors in apartments.
