Should you need to return your Purifan for any reason please call 1-877-789-9580 Ext. 16 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you receive your RMA number, ship the Purifan postage-paid with a check for $35.00 and proof of purchase (date and place of purchase) to:
