Lifetime warranty. Purifan warrants to the original consumer or purchaser that the Purifan (the "unit") is free from any defects in material or workmanship for the life of the original consumer or purchaser. If the Purifan is installed and operated per the installation instructions, and the customer is using Purifan manufactured filter media in the Purifan, then if any such defect is discovered, Purifan will repair or replace the unit. The Warranty is voided if the customer has not been using Purifan Factory Certified Filters in their unit.
Purifan supplied motors. If the Purifan is purchased with a matching Purifan motor, and in installed and operated per the operating instructions and uses only Purifan supplied filter media then Purifan warrants the motor for the life of the original consumer or purchaser. If your motor fails contact Purifan for information on how to get the motor replaced under warranty. If a Purifan is mounted to a motor owned or supplied by the customer or dealer that was not a Purifan matched motor in Purifan box, then no warranty is implied or offered for these non-Purifan motors.
How to process a warranty claim. Should you need to get repair parts or service under the Lifetime Warranty call 1.877.789.9580 Ext. 16 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, if the unit needs to be returned. Many times the necessary repair parts will be sent to the customer to repair the Purifan.
